The guidance and direction given by Tracy and Amber as we both sold the prior home and purchased the new home was outstanding. Throughout both transactions they communicated very effectively. We always knew exactly what the next steps were, what was happening and why, and what we needed to do. Tracy, in particular, was very clear about pricing strategy and very specific about the goals and objectives of the strategy. It's effectiveness was borne out by the results which matched the desired outcomes exactly. Amber's communication as we approached both closings was very proactive and specific and ensured we had plenty of time to meet all of our closing obligations. Early in the process we had some interactions with an agent from a competing firm. By comparison to that agent, we can't begin to describe the differences in approach, service, professionalism, that Tracy and Amber displayed. They took 2 inherently stressful transactions and made them very easy for us. and we sincerely appreciate everything they did.
